Okay as most of you know I am the Co-Founder/Moderator of a group called SECTOR. We are currently working on developing two projects:

1.) A reusable manned/unmanned launch vehicle.
2.) A space research probe equiped with:
a.) Hi-Res camera
b.) Long Range Telescope (With recording ability)
c.) Magnetometer
d.) Miniature remote controlled lander(s) to collect and analyze soil, gas, etc. samples.
e.) Plasma Engine (for propulsion)
f.) Nuclear Reactor, Atomic Reactor or Plutonium Batteries for power.
g.) Extended life (greater than 50 years)

We are needing people with knowledge in developing any of the above. As well as people with an interest in promoting or financing these projects. We have come up with numerous ideas as to how to make money off these projects, some of which will be implemented before they are ever completed.

If you are interested in helping in any way please check us out at the link below.

And how many people do you have working on this now?

If I were you I would focus on one or the other, as each of them would probably take more resources and talent than you would possibly be able to pull together.

If you want to do the reusable launch vehicle thing, you could get together a team and enter the X-Prize for even more exposure...

Btw -- what is your background? Engineering?

We are focusing on the satellite first. What I was saying is that we are going to use the experience and technology to build a ship later.

Now with that said, SECTOR does represent several groups that are working on projects independent of SECTOR. Several of those are X-Prize entries.

As far as my background I am a PC Technician and Network Installer. I have o formal training, but I am very good at getting people to work together and enspiring them to achieve their goals (and mine).
