I herd that there is a group of people that are trying to get people to donate money to send a satalite to vist all of the planets. Has any one else herd this?:o

No - I haven't heard of it... although it could be referring to gathering support for the often-cancelled mission to Pluto (the only planet we haven't sent a probe to or past).

Note that sending a single probe to all the planets is nearly impossible due to the energy required to change orbits so many times. We got lucky with Voyager I and II as there was a positioning of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune that let us jump from one to the next. This won't happen for another 50-60 years I believe.
