The Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF) is pleased to announce a
very exciting event on Thursday, November 14, 2002 at the Kennedy Space
Center Visitor's Complex. The event includes dinner and a program
featuring Tom Hanks, Ron Howard, and Jim Lovell (in person) and a
showing of Apollo 13 on the IMAX screen.
This is a black tie event. A standard ticket costs $175, and a VIP
ticket costs $250. The VIP ticket includes a pre-reception with Hanks,
Howard, and Lovell. Corporate tables are also available. Tickets are
limited because the IMAX theater seats only 370 people and will be sold
on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact Linn LeBlanc at the
Astronaut Scholarship Foundation if you would like to purchase tickets.
Linn can be reached at (321) 449-4244 or
linnleblanc@astronautscholarship.org All proceeds will benefit the
ASF scholarship fund.
