Several years ago I acquired a bitmap image of the Moon which
obviously is a photo taken on an Apollo flight. The tiny shard
of info I have about it is that it was taken on Apollo 11, but
I'm sure that is wrong. Can anyone tell me which flight it
actually was, and maybe a link to support the ID?

The original image doesn't look all that great, and I used
fairly high compression on this jpeg for quick download.
