Rocket project

Hi again everyone
We are starting the planning stage for our rocket.
Our goal is build a rocket that will reach 100,000 ft, with one or two cameras on board.
It will be a hybrid rocket using HTPB as the fuel and N2O as the oxidizer. Right now we are trying to find the chemical properties of the propellants and find places to buy them. If any of you could tell us the chemical properties or know of a place where we could buy these chemicals, that would be great.

I am going to propose a project like this when we have the first SEDS meeting at the University of Memphis (hopefully within the next 3 weeks).
