It seems that Rutan and Co has really pushed the envelope and developed a flight ready launch vehicle! They say it has already been mostly tested and they only need to test the actual space capsule in some more flight tests. It can hold up to a three person crew and is looking pretty nice right now. Check out this link below for a little news article on it. They were developing it completely secret before and have just recently released it to the public. Looks like finally someone might be really opening the space frontier.
