Posting more news and good content will get more people involved. For this many separate forums, you need a lot of core people to keep it going. However, good discussion will do this. For SEDS generally, more news from chapters on the mailing list would help, so people tell their friends about all the exciting stuff going on in the industry and in SEDS in particular. Possibly even the occasional "Summary of non-SEDS news" with links to other space news websites, because you don't want to duplicate their work, but some people might not know about them.

Well, despite being in SEDS for a year and a half, I didn't even know about the forums or resume database until the Chapter Interaction Forum on friday.
